The previous branding was outdated and did not properly convey the exciting and youthful presence of the brand. We were engaged to head up the comprehensive rebrand of their iconic travel company to be rolled out online and across their 40+ stores.
From the golden shores of Australia and endless Aussie sun, to world class wonders high in the mountain peaks of New Zealand, Peterpans specialises in bringing the sights and sounds of Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Fiji and Bali to your backpacks!
We worked with them to redefine the visual identity, core values and tone of voice to be relevant in today’s market and support future growth to acquire customers in new markets.
Along with the rebrand we were also engaged to create the new online experience for Peterpans customers. The website showcases packages and services available and allows user to book everything they need for their adventure. We conducted extensive research through the discovery phase,Google Analytics analysis of the previous site, wireframe workshops with stakeholders and customer journey mapping.
With so many products on offer, we needed to approach the user interface with the customer in mind at every stage. We assisted with a content and information architecture review to deliver the best navigation structure.
